We are a custom shop. We build to order. Our standard delivery time is 4 to 6 weeks after receipt of a purchase order. Much of the time we get the orders out earlier, but we only guarantee 4 to 6 weeks. We attempt to accommodate faster delivery requests by our resellers. On large orders (about 20 or more), we usually try to arrange a schedule to send the units in batches as they come out of production.

We ship UPS ground or USPS, depending on cost, unless a different shipping mode is requested. Additional costs may be necessary for packaging or special pickup charges for a special shipping requests. If you prefer that we use your or your customer’s shipper number, a packaging charge for materials may be applied to your invoice. If drop shipped to your customer, the packing list will show you as the ‘Ship From’. No prices or discounts will be shown on drop shipped packing lists.

We prefer to work with our resellers. We will answer any technical questions about enclosures from end users, but do not discuss prices or discounts. That is for their reseller. If an end user contacts us directly for sales, we refer them back to their reseller. If a NEW end user contacts us directly, we offer them a list of our resellers to choose from. If the end user was referred for direct sales to us by a reseller, we confirm that with the reseller contact. If we do direct sales with any end user referred by a reseller, it is on a case by case basis and at their reseller’s convenience. Direct sales from us receive no discount and are billed at suggested list price.

All reseller discounts for enclosures are based suggested list price (SLP). These are mix and match quantities. They do not have to be the same part number.

Attached are some wire frame product briefs and a reseller price list. The price list includes some of the terminology we use when discussing enclosures, and the quantity discount structure. This is a sampling of some of our enclosures. We have quite a few which aren't listed. Presently we do not charge for R & D. if you have an item you don't see on the list, or a special piece of equipment for which you need an enclosure, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to come up with design options and a quote. Since we are a custom shop, we have no problems making minor changes to our designs to fit your needs, at no additional cost. If a change does require additional cost, we will let you know before implementing it. If you have any other questions, feel free to contact me.
